HR Career Map

The HR Manager, will be responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions, including recruiting, onboarding, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's goals and culture
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with all employment laws
• Manage employee performance and development, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback
• Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution of employee complaints
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Manage the HR budget and report on HR metrics to senior leadership

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
